Pixel Phones

Without doubt, the main attraction of the event will be the new Pixel Phones, that have been leaked numerous times in the last few weeks. Still Google will be able to answer some questions that remained. A recent leak suggested that the Phones might feature Micro-SD slots, another one mentioned something called Google Magic. Google will be able to shed some light on both questions during today's event.

Even more hardware

According to previous information, Google will be unveiling a lot more than just Phones today. Google Home, the Amazon Echo competitor and home for the Google assistant, will also be unveiled today. Next up, we are pretty sure, a daydream-compatible VR-headset, a new 4K-capable Chromecast and a Wifi Router will also be up for display today. There might even be a new 7 inch tablet, according to rumors.

Andromeda

Since Hiroshi Lockheimer tweeted that people might look back to October 4th 2016 in the future, people were speculating about yet another thing Google might show today. Thanks to some previous investigations, we are pretty sure, that Google will tease a new operating system called Andromeda as well. This OS will be a merger between Android and Chrome OS and be ready in late 2017 to fight Windows and macOS in the notebook market.
