Sony Xperia Z4 rumored to come with 5.2-inch display
An increasing number of leaks and rumors suggest that Sony will unveil the new Xperia Z4 and Xperia Z4 Ultra in early January at CES 2015 in Las Vegas. Although rumors and leaks regarding the Sony Xperia Z4 are abundant, the specifications of the device are surrounded by uncertainty, as most of the info which surfaced online is quite contradictory.
The last time we've heard about the Sony Xperia Z4, the flagship handset was rumored to come with a 5.4-inch QHD Triluminos display. This time around, a few leaks allegedly originating from inside Sony's labs point out that the smartphone will actually come with a 5.2-inch Full HD display, just like the Xperia Z3.
This recent rumor seems to confirm previous information regarding the use of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chip, the same chipset that powers the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Apparently, the chipset will be paired with 3GB of RAM.
On the software side, the upcoming flagship handset is rumored to launch with Android 5.0 Lollipop, which makes a lot of sense given that Google unveiled the newest version of Android in mid October. With less than a month to go before CES 2015 kicks off, it won't be long before Sony officially unveils the new devices and these rumors are put to the test.
