The international version of the phone listed on Amazon does not support US LTE networks.

Sony Xperia C4 smartphone was released to numerous markets around the world in the beginning of June. However, it has not been available in the United States so far. There is still no official Sony distribution in place but third party retailers have taken the matter in their own hands. The new handset can now be bought inside the US, as it just showed up on Amazon US.

The C4 is available in black or white at a price of $379. For this amount, we get a smartphone with quite decent specs. It’s powered by an octa-core, MediaTek’s MT6752 SoC and comes with 2 GB of RAM16 GB of on-board storage expandable via microSD slot and a 2600 mAh battery. The 5.5-inch display’s resolution is 1920x1080.

Touted by the manufacturer as „world's best selfie phone”, the Xperia C4 features a 5 MP front camera with a wide-angle lens, as well as a LED flash. The main camera uses a 13 MP sensor.

Unfortunately, the Xperia C4 listed on Amazon won’t work with 4G/LTE in the United States. It should be fine with the American GSM networks though, as it supports the following bands:

2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G: HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
