As Sony Tablet P was making its way in the market, it will face a stiff competition from Android 4.0 updated Tablet S which will be launched 24th of May.

The new Tablet S has also gotten an Ice Cream Sandwich update a few weeks ago. This will obviously make the owner of the Tablet P a little envious.

Though a Sony press release confirmed a news that ICS update will also be available for Tablet P but it is not clear if they are going to release it worldwide.

Tablet P owners now is thinking of doing things out of the box such as accessing the camera app direct from the lock screen, taking panoramic, new home screen actions including folder creation and more.

In the world of tablet, Tablet P is an interesting addition, as it has unique clamshell and dual screen design. It has a few things which can keep them afloat in the market and customers will also have something different from the standard tablet experience. It has certainly some potential as it scored a fantastic 3.5/5 in in-depth review.
