Satellite C660 and Satellite C660D, Toshiba’s latest entry-level notebooks are now available

Three latest netbooks launched by Toshiba, features are handy and better service is promised

Recently, Toshiba had launched their next in-line netbooks: Satellite C660 and Satellite C660D – both targeted at the budget conscious customers.  

Toshiba C660

First in line is the Satellite C660 that can be hailed as one of Toshiba’s cheapest netbooks and weighs 2.3kg with 380.5 x 254.0 x 35.6 millimeters in dimensions. The screen size of the machine is 15.6-inch and comes with black design, textures to withstand wear and tear and a glossy keyboard, along with some other nice features for an entry level netbook.

Moreover, the 15.6-inch system has a display resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixels along with HD display encased in an all black chassis.

 Satellite C660D

There are two variants available as of now – the Satellite C660D-10P and Satellite C660D-10E. The Satellite C660D-10P sports an Athlon dual-core P340 processor, 4GB RAM and the system’s storage memory is upgradable up to 320GB. The users will get a nice response to the display because of the ATI Radeon HD 4250 graphics card.

The Satellite C660D-10E is richer in features compared to C660D-10P. The C660-10E comes with Intel Pentium Dual-Core P6100, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD, 4GB RAM and 320GB of storage memory. The another Satellite C660-10H is armed with Intel dual-core Core i3-370M with 2.40 GHz processor and storage memory of 500GB HHD.

In a press release, Toshiba said all the three devices is now available in stores and the buyers will get 2 years of international carry-in warranty, but hotline services are available in Germany and Austria where on-site pick up facility is also available.

Both the machines are priced at €549 and €699 respectively at different stores.
