Samsung will bring Honeycomb specific TouchWiz with G Tab 10.1 update

Teaser
An update for Galaxy Tab 10.1 will bring a new version of TouchWiz optimized for Honeycomb

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 will have a software update shortly that will bring, among a host of new features, an updated TouchWiz interface that is optimized for Honeycomb. This installment of TouchWiz will have a live panel consisting of constantly updated widgets, a mini apps tray for commonly used applications (remember Samsung’s patent fight with Apple on this feature?), an advance clipboard to store photos, web pages and youtube links etc. when copied, and an indicator quick panel quickly toggle between Wi-Fi and notifications on/off, and sound, brightness and settings.

Apart from these, the new update will bring a few more goodies. For example, a system of purchasing and renting movies and TV shows is introduced. There are pre-loaded apps like Amazon Music Cloud Player, Amazon Kindle, Words with Friends game, an enhanced Swype technology for better typing experience, findmymobile for mobile tracking and the Samsung hubs. It also will have provision for mobile printing and some cool enterprise features.

There is no mention of exact dates, but when it comes, make sure you have a Samsung account configured on your device.
