Samsung gives another glimpse of the Gear S2 before its reveal
After the Stylebook tease and UI video, Samsung Design of America vice president Dennis Miloseski has provided yet another look at the upcoming Gear S2 smartwatch before any official announcements.
Miloseski has published on his instagram a photo of the Gear S2 on a user's wrist. The picture clearly shows the elegant circular screen with the caption "Giving the new Samsung Gear S2 a test drive" and the usual Samsung and wearable hashtags. The digital dial on the photo also appears to show the phases on the moon likely depending on the day of the month.
Recent leaks claim that the Gear S2 will feature a rotating bezel to navigate through applications and a 1.18-inch round display at 360 x 360 pixels. Core specifications may include an Exynos 3471 SoC, 768 MB RAM, 4 GB eMMC, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, barometer, heart rate monitor, and an integrated 250 mAh battery.
