Realme has made a successful foray into the true-wireless (TWS) earbud market recently. Then again, none of its products have have the sought-after spec of active noise cancelling (ANC). A new leak suggests it is coming in a new set soon, and that their launch will take place in India.

TWS earbuds are big business these days, representing markets that endure while those for other personal smart electronics are struggling. Qualcomm's recent research on the subject indicates that the majority of consumers planning to buy a new pair of these Bluetooth devices look for ANC as a desirable spec. A leak now asserts that Realme will combine the two in a single product for the first time.

This OEM has released various different TWS hearables by now, including the Buds Q and its inaugural Buds Air, over the last 10 months. Despite its relatively new arrival on this market, however, it has already become the biggest TWS brand in India. Its appeal there is thought to be based on form factors with styles consumers want at good prices.

In addition, Realme is popular in India as a purveyor of other devices, most notably smartphones. This may be why Times Now claims to have heard the company will launch its ANC TWS earbuds in this country first. This event is slated to occur "in the next few months".
