OPPO will launch a new wearable and a TV alongside the K9 Pro
OPPO is slated to debut the new K9 Pro smartphone later in September 2021. Now, it has emerged that the OEM will also premiere a new smart screen during the same event, not to mention a new wearable. They might emerge as mid-range examples of their respective categories.
OPPO might hope to start a new design trend with the launch of its K9 Pro in a few days. Now, it seems the phone might get a TV of the same name, as did the other member of its 2021 series. Not much is known about this new K-series big-screen device to date, besides that is it to be 75 inches in size.
The OEM has also revealed that it will be accompanied by a Watch Free on its debut. This product is being described as a smartwatch, although it is more of a fitness tracker, of the newer kind with an enlarged, more rectangular, display than usual.
Given that it is to launch in China at first, it is likely to run ColorOS for wearables. OPPO is already calling this new product the Watch Free, hinting that it, like the TWS earbuds of a similar name, might have a reasonable starting price. However, we will have to wait until September 26, 2021 to find out for sure.

I became a professional writer and editor shortly after graduation. My degrees are in biomedical sciences; however, they led to some experience in the biotech area, which convinced me of its potential to revolutionize our health, environment and lives in general. This developed into an all-consuming interest in more aspects of tech over time: I can never write enough on the latest electronics, gadgets and innovations. My other interests include imaging, astronomy, and streaming all the things. Oh, and coffee.
