More unofficial Sony Vaio notebooks

Hardware specifications of another Sony Vaio notebook series appeared. The new one is the Vaio Z series but it has not been introduced by Sony.

Some information about the new Sony Vaio Z notebook series appeared. The laptop series has not been presented officially by Sony so far.

The Sony Vaio Z notebooks are equipped with a 13.3-inch display and it offers a resolution of 1.366 x 768 or 1.600 x 900 pixels. The laptop provides Intel’s new Centrino 2 chipset and certainly there is installed an Intel CPU.

Either there is included the Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 processor with 2.26 GHz, the P8600 CPU with 2.4 GHz or the P9500 processor with 2.53 GHz. Furthermore, there are installed 4 GB RAM and a DL DVD RW drive.

The notebooks mass storage device consists of a hard disk with a disk size between 200 GB and 320 GB. There is included an Nvidia GeForce 9300M GS with 128 MB or 256 MB video RAM too.

Furthermore, the notebook offers WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, and a card reader (MS Duo, MS Pro Duo, SD cards) is built in as well.
