Asus will launch E-book reader
The Eee family will find another new member
Asustek company president Jerry Shen has announced that they will release an E-book reader under its current Eee family of computing products. The E-book reader will be available by the end of 2009 at the earliest.
MSI (Micro-Star International) is also reportedly looking into the E-book reader market and is expected to make an entry. E-book reader’s requirements are even lower than netbooks which make them an enticing to market to join, although experts say that the key to success is not the system but a convenient steady content delivery system.
These computers will be mainly marketed towards and sold in North America and Europe as studies have shown them to be most akin to the product.
