A netbook with Intel Atom N470 can house up to 2GB of RAM

According to recent reports, Intel informed its partners they can use more memory in netbooks, after launching the Atom N470 in March 2010. In contrast to the N450, which is scheduled to appear in January, devices with N470 can house up to 2GB of RAM.
As a part of a Pine Trail-M platform, the Atom N470-based netbook will come with an integrated graphics card, Condor Peak Wlan and with 1 to 2GB of memory. Intel’s Atom N470 will supposedly be clocked at 1.83GHz and the netbook will have 20 to 32GB SSD or 160GB mechanical hard drive
Reportedly, Intel’s advice to its partners was to price products up to $349.
