HP introduces tx2000 tablet PC

The manufacturer HP presented its new entertainment notebook tx2000.
HP created the new entertainment notebook tx2000. It is equipped with a 12.1" touchscreen display with a resolution of 1.280 x 800 pixels. The display can be turned down, and used with a special pen or by one finger. Positive: The included pen deactivates the finger-input, when it approaches the display. The installed CPU is a AMD Turoin 64 X2 Mobile with up to 2.2 GHz. The notebook is equipped with 2 GB of working memory, but installing 4 GB RAM is also possible. A 250 GB hard disk and a DL DVD-RW drive are installed as well. The built in graphic card is a Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 (onboard GPU). Furthermore, there are some nice extras like a webcam, a 5-in-1 card reader and Altec-Lansing speakers. The HP tx2000 is equipped with Windows Vista home premium and costs € 999,-. It will be available in March.
