This week Sony is announcing the VAIO USB Docking Station (VGP-UPR1) that will work on any computer, (not just VAIOs). It not only includes a VGA solution but also DVI. It has four USB sockets, an Ethernet jack and headphone / microphone connectors. It  supports resolutions up to 1,600 x 1,200 and DisplayLink's USB graphics technology.

These docking solutions can come in quite handy for those who use their Tablet PCs or notebooks as desktip replacements. It will set you back $199.99.
