The 11.6” beauty is now up for grab
The 11.6” ASUS Eee PC 1101HA is now on sale in the US although only the black model, model no. 1101HA-MU1X-BK is available right now – reports Netbooked. The white model doesnot seem to be up yet. The places where it is available are,

It’s not up at Amazon.com yet.
The 11.6” screen has a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. But in spite of having such high resolution display, the 1.3GHz Z520 may not be powerful enough to watch HD content. The screen is glossy or Glare-type. Apart from that the 1101HA comes with 1 GB DDR2 SO-DIMM memory and Hybrid Storage of 160 GB HDD with a 10GB Eee Storage as usual. Connectivity is facilitated by the Wireless Data Network WLAN 802.11b/g/n @ 2.4GHz and Bluetooth2.1 + EDR. A 1.3MP camera adorns the top.
Among the good things about this netbook is the battery life. There is an option of a 6-Cell 48Wh Li-ion Battery and a 6-Cell 63Wh Li-ion Battery that will give about 9.5hrs to 11 hrs respectively – or as the company claims. This 1.6 kg (with 6-Cell Battery) has a dimension of 286mm (W) x 196mm (D) x 21.8mm~ 36.2mm (H) and is supposed to come in four flavors - Crystal Black, Pearl White, Royal Blue, and Rose Pink. So probably in a while we will see all the models.
