Toshiba expands double warranty for Austria and Germany

Toshiba extended the double warranty of its Tecra M9 by six month. If the notebook breaks down, then it gets repaired and the customer gets the purchase price back additionally.

Toshiba introduced the double warranty for its Tecra M9 notebooks month ago. If a bought notebook gets registered within seven days, then the customer can call on this warranty. The laptop has to be registered at the warranty database and at the double warranty as well, to get this special warranty for one year.

If the notebook breaks down, then the double warranty becomes effective. This includes repairing or replacing of the laptop, and additionally the customer gets the purchase price back. This special warranty points at economy, long-life cycle, suitability for daily use and reliability of the Tecra M9.

The double warranty was intended to end at March 31st of 2008, but Toshiba extended its special campaign by another six month. If someone buys a Toshiba Tecra M9 with Intel Centrino mobile technology and Intel Core 2 Duo CPU in Austria or Germany, then engaging the double warranty is possible.
