OCZ presents DIY laptop
The manufacturer OCZ brings a new 15.4" notebook on the market which can be configured by customers.
The manufacturer OCZ wants to enter the notebook market, and develops its new DIY laptops. Those are do-it-yourself notebooks, which can be configured by customers.
Its basic hardware configuration consists of a 15.4” display which shows content in WXGA resolution. An Nvidia GeForce 8600GT is also included, and a DL DVD burner is installed too. Furthermore, a finger print reader and the Intel P965 chipset are built in.
The rest of the hardware like CPU, RAM and hard disk can be configured by customers. Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, a TV-Tuner and WLAN 802.11 a/g/n are available optionally. No word about prices so far.
