Another so-called 'Eee killer' launches
Samsung does not want to miss out on the netbook bandwagon, and hence have come up with their own creation which comes with the following specifications:
- 10.2" LCD display at 1,024 x 600 resolution
- Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor
- 1GB RAM
- 80GB/120GB/160GB hard drive
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
- 1.3 megapixel webcam
- Three USB 2.0 ports, VGA out, LAN and 3-in-1 memory card reader
- 6 cell battery
It will be offered in white, blue and black color. This model passes the crucial 1kg mark, tipping the scales at 1.3kg instead.
According to the reports, the mini-notebook will hit Korea by October for a $599 price.
