Toshiba introduces new notebook battery

The manufacturer Toshiba presented a new laptop battery, which enables nearly full recharging in 10 minutes.

Toshiba presented a new notebook battery at the CEATEC in Japan. The new device can get recharged in 10 minutes and reaches 90 percent of its capacity in this time.
This is possible because the battery is made with a new technology, which is based on carbon lithium titanate. Furthermore, Toshiba uses new materials to manufacture the device and this increases its lifetime. They say that it will be possible to recharge the new battery 6.000 times instead of 500 times (normal batteries).
