Business notebook Satellite Pro A300

Toshiba develops the new notebook series Satellite Pro A300, which is made for business customers.

The Satellite Pro A300 notebooks by Toshiba are equipped with a 15.4” display. The display shows content with a resolution of 1.280 x 800 pixels, and gets supported either by an ATI Radeon Mobility HD 3470 with 128 MB VRAM or an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100. An Intel Core 2 Duo T8100 CPU with 2.1 GHz or an Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 1.83 GHz is installed.

A 320 GB hard disk and 2048 MB RAM are built in too. WLAN 802.11 a/g/Pre-n and Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR are included for providing wireless communication. Furthermore, a 1.3 mega pixel webcam is included, which can be used as business card reader. Special software enables reading business cards, and saving them into an address data base. The Satellite Pro A300 notebooks are shipped with Windows Vista Business, they are already available, and cost € 910,- or € 1.060,-.
