Toshiba redesigns Satellite series and presents sleep-and-charge USB ports
Some of Toshiba’s Satellite notebooks are going to be equipped with Fusion Finish design, and with "Feather Touch" multimedia buttons. Furthermore, the Satellite notebooks will feature USB ports which enable recharging USB powered devices, even when the notebook is turned off.

Toshiba changed the design of their Satellite U400, M300, A300, and P300 series. Those 13.3”, 14.1”, 15.4”, and 17” notebooks are going to get the new Fusion Finish design. This new design gives "unique and modern design to every laptop".
Furthermore, Feather Touch buttons are going to be built in too. Those keys enable using multimedia functions quickly and white LED’s place accents on them. Even the Dolby Sound Room technology is included in some models.
Toshiba also presented its new sleep-and-charge technology for USB ports. This technology enables recharging USB powered devices even when the notebook is turned off. It woks when the laptop is in sleep mode and when it’s not running, but only when the notebook is connected to power.
