New photos show a metal frame for the upcoming Meizu MX5
While the Meizu MX5 will be formally announced by the end of this month, leaked photos ahead of the official reveal are pointing towards the device having a high-quality metal frame.
The cut-out frame also shows a Home button for a possible fingerprint scanner. Specifications include a 5.5-inch 1080p display and an 8-core MediaTek MT6795T SoC, 3 GB RAM, 3150 mAh battery, and MicroSD support. The main 20 MP rear camera is expected to be manufactured by none other than Sony.
The MX5 is estimated to retail for approximately 250 Euros, though Meizu has yet to announce launch plans outside of Asia. Hopefully, all will be revealed in the coming week during the official presentation from the Chinese manufacturer.
