The next generation of Moto X was introduced Tuesday by Motorola as two of three new smartphones announced.

The future of the Moto X was shown off on Tuesday, and Motorola has decided to create two different variations of the device for different kinds of users. The Moto X Style is the more premium of the two, with a 5.7 inch Quad HD display. The design has been slimmed down since the last iteration of the Moto X. The back of the smartphone is curved and removable and comes in different materials such as leather and wood.

The Style runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and comes with 3GB of RAM.The Moto X Style comes with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, yet Motorola believes support for Android M will be out later this year. The rear-facing camera is 21MP and the 5MP front-facing camera has flash for better pictures in all lighting. The battery will be 3,000 mAh. Price-wise, the manufacturer believes the smartphone will cost somewhere between $200-$300 less than other competing flagship phones. The release date will be sometime in September.

The Moto X Play is similar to the Moto X Style, but has a slightly smaller 5.5 inch HD display. It will include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and 2GB of RAM. The operating system is the same as the Moto X Style. The focus of this smartphone seems to be on long battery life, and it includes a 3,630 mAh battery that will, according to Motorola, last all day. The Moto X Play will be priced about $300-$400 less than other competing smartphones, and will release in August.
