Moto X Force coming next month
Motorola Droid devices are now apparently exclusively available in the US via Verizon Wireless, so when they reach other markets they also have different names. The recently revealed Droid Turbo 2 will be known as Moto X Force outside the US and is expected to become available for purchase next month.
Moto X Force holds no surprises in terms of hardware and feature, offering the same as its Verizon Wireless-exclusive twin - Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC, 3 GB RAM and 32 GB or 64 GB internal storage, as well microSD support up to 2 TB, shatterproof 5.4-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution, 21 MP main camera, water-repellent nano-coating, up to two days of autonomy, as well as TurboPower charging that offers up to 13 hours of battery life in only 15 minutes.
The handset will ship loaded with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, same as Verizon's Droid Turbo 2. According to Motorola Mobility on YouTube, Moto X Force will be available in Latin America, EMEA and APAC starting next month.
