Rumors hint at a Haswell-powered Surface Pro 3 that will be larger than the Pro 2 and could come as soon as this Tuesday.

Microsoft has an event scheduled for this Tuesday, the 20th of May, and an unexpected guest could be coming to dinner. Rumors so far have centered around the Surface Mini tablet being announced at the event, but the latest info actually points towards its larger counterpart.

Windows Phone Central is providing the info this time around, and they claim that the Surface Pro 3 will be coming in two days and will feature a screen larger than the 10.6" Surface Pro 2. The Pro 3 will also apparently be available in 5 models, including an i3 model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB, two i5 models with 4GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage and two i7 models with 8GB of RAM and 256 or 512GB of storage.

The website is also claiming that the Surface Pro 3 will come in close to 12" with a thinner bezel and will be available in four colors- black, purple, cyan and a red Microsoft Store exclusive. Prices are also expected to range form $799 for the cheapest i3 model all the way to $1,949 for the high-end i7 model, and if true, we should have a lot more details very soon.
