Teaser
The GS70 gaming laptop and the AG2712A AIO Gaming PC helped the Taiwanese corporation win the prestigious distinction of International CES Innovations 2014 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree.

According to the information available on its website, MSI Computer Corp. has been in business for 25 years and sold over 150 million mainboards and over 100 million graphics cards during this period.

Unfortunately statistics of gaming laptops and AIO gaming PCs sales are not shown, but raw numbers are not everything - MSI became an International CES Innovations 2014 Design and Engineering Awards Honoree for the "outstanding design and engineering" of its GS70 gaming laptop and the "Flicker-Free" AG2712A AIO gaming PC.

The MSI GS70 is, according to its manufacturer, "the world’s thinnest and lightest 17-inch portable gaming powerhouse" and packs "a lethal arsenal of cutting-edge components" including a SteelSeries full color backlit keyboard, Killer DoubleShot network adapter, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M graphics and the latest Intel Core i7 processors from the Haswell family.

Additional features include Super RAID and Matrix Display technologies, while the aluminum chassis allows this gaming notebook to weight only 5.7 pounds and to sport a thickness below the 1 inch barrier.

The MSI AG2712A AIO gaming PC comes with a generous 27-inch Full HD touchscreen, MSI's own Flicker-Free technology that helps reduce eye strain, Intel Core i7 processor, 10-point multitouch, AMD Radeon HD 8970M graphics and THX TruStudio Pro. Its support for additional displays allows it "to create an even more immersive gaming experience."

Andy Tung, vice president of sales for MSI Pan America Region, says "The GS70 and AG2712A represent the future of gaming units, blending traditional processing muscle with the style demanded by the modern audience."
