The gaming peripheral scene seems to have exploded over the past year. Mouse sensors are getting more accurate, mechanical keyboards are pushing into the mainstream, and RGB is everywhere. MSI has announced a few new peripherals at COMPUTEX that may capture some of the rapidly growing market.

The Clutch GM70 gaming mouse is a new RGB mouse from the Taiwanese manufacturer. The main draw is the insanely sensitive 18,000 dpi optical sensor, making the Clutch GM70 one of the most sensitive mice on the planet. This dpi rivals or beats other mice from heavyweights like Razer and Logitech. The inclusion of an RGB strip along the front of the device adds a nice personalized touch, and the left side thumb rest can be swapped out with a few options to better tailor the fit.

The Vigor GK80 is a new mechanical keyboard from MSI. The Cherry MX switches underneath the RGB-backlit keys are housed in an aluminum frame, which should give a premium feel to the device. The switches available on the keyboard (e.g., Red, Blue, Brown) haven’t yet been specified. However, there are silver keycaps on the WASD keys that pop against the rest of the black keyboard. MSI has also replaced the right Windows key with their own dragon logo, adding a bit of flair to the peripheral.

Lastly, MSI unveiled their second desktop CPU cooler, the Core Frozr XL. The cooler features a large heatsink sandwiched between two of MSI’s TORX 2.0 fans for optimal airflow that can be configured however the user sees fit. The top of the heatsink is adorned with the MSI dragon logo, and the entire cooler features MSI’s Mystic Light RGB lighting for a highly customizable rig.

Pricing and availability for all three devices (mouse, keyboard, CPU cooler) have yet to be announced.
