MSI introduces a pair of gaming notebooks with Super RAID technology and NVIDIA GTX 870M graphics.

MSI today revealed a pair of new gaming notebooks, both featuring the latest in graphics and storage. The GS70 Stealth Pro and GS60 Ghost Pro 3K were announced in a press release today and MSI is claiming they will "withstand any challenges during the heat of battle".

The company doesn't appear to have spared any punches with their new laptops, with both being powered by an Intel Core i7-4700HQ CPU, Windows 8.1 and 16GB of DDR3 RAM. Super RAID technology is also included with the GS70 and some GS60 models, combining 3 128GB SSDs and a 1TB HDD for up to 7.5x the read speeds of regular hard drive configurations.

MSI's duo also feature the latest in NVIDIA graphics, with a 6GB GTX870M gracing the GS70 while the GS60 makes do with a 3GB model. The laptops also feature a pair of brilliant displays, a 17.3" Full-HD screen on the GS70 and a 15.6" WQHD+ (2880x1620) 3K display on the GS60.

As far as design goes, a dual-fan cooling system works on ensuring the machine stays cool to the touch while a sleek design has the GS70 and GS60 weighing in at just 5.73 lbs and 4.36lbs respectively. In addition, both notebooks can be purchased immediately through MSI, retailing at a starting price of $1,999.
