MSI GT70/GT60 mobile workstations get AutoCAD 2014 certification and Haswell processors
MSI announced yesterday a few updates to its lineup of mobile workstations and a "world's first" event involving this family of laptops for professionals, as AutoDesk certified these machines as recommended for use with AutoCAD 2014. This family of mobile workstations includes the GT70 2OL, GT70 2OK, GT60 2OK - 3K IPS Edition and GT60 2OJ.
MSI's mobile workstations mentioned above are now powered by 4th generation "Haswell" Intel Core i7 processors and feature the latest professional NVIDIA Quadro K4100M/K3100M/K2100M graphics cards. To offer its customers maximum flexibility, MSI will deliver these laptops with Microsoft Windows 8 Professional or Windows 7 Professional.
"Besides being certificated by varies independent software vendor (ISV), MSI Mobile Workstation’s awesome features - exclusive Super RAID 2 technology, matrix display supports up to 4 monitors and the super cool Cooler Boost 2 technology – do not only increase efficiency in work, but also provide more stable and faster working environment for professionals" says MSI's Eric Kuo.
Thanks to these hardware and software updates, the MSI mobile workstations lineup is the first to be recommended and certified for use with AutoCAD 2014.
