MS releases Bing app for iPad

iPad tablet users will now experience a tailored version of the Microsoft search engine “Bing” in the form of an app. This comes with an enhancement that would let users search the internet with spoken queries as well. Similar to the iPhone app, it features a Voice Search (which works very well) and your usual type and search. Whatever way it is done, can be for a website, news, image, video or map.

This precisely reflects Microsoft’s effort of not only making the application exquisite and functional, but also user friendly to a considerable extent. Much of the customer reviews converges to a common feature of the app which is the Trends page which gives a very nice, almost FlipBoard-esque, page with all the top searches on Bing, along with a relevant image.
