MagyarMINISFORUM launches the TL50 mini PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor and Thunderbolt 4
The latest mini PC by MINISFORUM is the TL50, which comes with a single hardware configuration and a design similar to its siblings. In addition to the 11th generation processor with Iris Xe graphics and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity, this ultra-compact machine comes with a few additional highlights that are present in most of its siblings.
The hardware configuration listed on the official product page includes 12 GB of memory, a 512 GB SSD, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, triple video output (HDMI at 4K@60Hz, DisplayPort at 8K@60Hz, and Thunderbolt 4 with 8K@60Hz capability). Just as expected, the storage space can be expanded by adding two 2.5-inch drives, and the built-in NVMe SSD can be replaced with a new one up to 2 TB in size. The list of specs and features also includes 2500 Mbps LAN, Bluetooth, a 3.5 mm audio jack, as well as four USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports.
The MINISFORUM TL50 only weighs 1.33 pounds and comes with Windows 10 Pro pre-installed. The first 50 to order will be able to grab it for just US$599, and after those units will be sold the price will go up to US$699. Shipments are scheduled to kick off in July.

Thunderbolt 4 is what makes TL50 most different. This technology is announced by Intel in July 2020, it is a latest version of the high-speed I/O interface standard which provides comprehensive functions that can be used with USB-C.
