The first images of the new Miix convertible appeared online only a few months after Miix 2 was launched.

The Lenovo Miix 2 tablet is still fresh and most of its specs are far from obsolete - the Miix 2-8, for example, comes loaded with Windows 8.1 and has an Intel Atom Z3740 processor coupled with 2 GB of DDR3 memory and 32 GB or 64 GB of eMMC internal storage. A few days ago, the first images of what appears to be the Miix 3 appeared but unfortunately they did not come together with any rumor regarding its detailed specs and features.

German site TabletHype revealed two images taken by "Beijing Ltd. Innovation Design Centre" that seems to have been published on Red-dot-21 for the first time but were quickly removed. While there is no official information from Lenovo about this, the removal of such images usually shows that the official product unveil is pretty close.

For now, it seems the only information about the Lenovo Miix 3 is about its screen size and color, as the orange tablet in the leaked images looks like a 10-inch one. Also it looks like the Miix 3 will be able to connect to an external keyboard dock like its predecessor and will offer improved specs and features compared to the Miix 2, but that remains to be seen.
