Lenovo Legion Gaming Dock S600 announced; will be available for purchase in April 2021 for US$89.99
Lenovo has launched a new wireless charging dock to supplement the gaming peripherals launched at CES 2021. It is called the Lenovo Legion Gaming Dock S600 Gaming Station, and it serves as a wireless charging pad for peripherals such as gaming mice, smartphones and gaming headsets. It will retail at US$89.99 and hit stores in April 2021.
The Lenovo Legion Gaming Dock S600 can wirelessly charge Qi-enabled devices at up to 10W. Furthermore, the included USB ports can also be used to the same effect for wired appliances. Lenovo recommends that gamers use the USB ports for plugging in wireless receivers for gaming mice and keyboards. It should help reduce latency as the Lenovo Legion Gaming Dock S600 is best kept next to your keyboard/mouse.
Lastly, the Lenovo Legion Gaming Dock S600 can also charge wired/wireless peripherals when the connected desktop/laptop is switched off. After all, it comes with a dedicated power source. It connects to the host device via a USB Type-A port. Oh, and one can also use it to dock their gaming headset.
