CES 2017 | LG V20 Pro: Hands-on of the waterproof little brother of the LG V20
LG unveiled the V20 in September of last year as the first phone to come preinstalled with Android 7. Up until now, LG has not started selling the phone in Europe but it is widely available in the USA. A smaller brother of the V20, the V20 Pro is also being manufactured by LG but is only available in Japan so far and was rumored to come to Europe but so far has not. At CES 2017, LG had both phones up on display so a colleague of us, Roland Quandt from the German website Winfuture had a look at the smaller device and did a hands-on video with it.
You can see the video below. Contrary to the 5.7 inch LG V20, the V20 Pro only comes with a 5.2 inch display. It does however retain the QHD-resolution of its bigger brother. It also comes with the small ticker display at the top, the Quad-DAC audio chip, the dual-cam on the rear and the advanced video recording features. The only difference between the two phones, besides screen-size is the fact, that the V20 Pro is waterproof as well. Unfortunately, unless you live in Japan, getting your hands on one of these will be difficult.
