The latest version of LG's answer to Samsung's TouchWiz and HTC's Sense will launch later this week with the new LG G5 flagship.

LG's answer for the Samsung Galaxy S7 lineup will hit the market later this week, but once it becomes available, it will bring more to the table than just new hardware. The new handset will launch loaded with LG UX 5.0, a new version of the Android UI that LG has released to compete with the similar solutions like Sense or TouchWiz.

The official video that LG has just unleashed shows the highlights of UX 5.0, including World Clock, Health, Smart Doctor, and Backup. These features will come in handy to LG G5 users, as the new interface also includes a Friends Manager tool. This is a seamless hub that allows syncing Friends devices easily, taking full advantage of their capabilities.

In addition to the above, LG UX 5.0 also comes with a new home screen that is now "easy & inviting," Auto Shot for "the easiest selfies ever," and many minor tweaks and improvements, both functional and visual. LG G5 is expected to go on sale at the end of the week, next to the first modules for it, including CAM Plus, Hi-Fi Plus, or 360 CAM.
