Huawei Honor 7 Premium launching this week

The existing Honor 7 now gets a Premium version with the aptly named Honor 7 Premium. Color choices have been expanded beyond Silver and Gray to include a Gold option. Huawei introduced the Honor 7 Enhanced Edition last December with more memory than the original Honor 7 and the Honor 7 Premium will be essentially identical but with a new name for new regions.

32 GB of internal storage instead of 16 GB

The biggest update from the Honor 7 to the Honor 7 Premium is the doubling of the internal storage space for more apps, videos, and photos. According to Huawei, the decision to add more internal storage space was a direct consequence of listening to feedback from fans.

Also new: Quick Charge

The Honor 7 Premium will ship with Quick Charge as standard which promises to charge from near empty to 50 percent in just 30 minutes. Otherwise, core technical specifications remain identical to the Honor 7 and Honor 7 Enhanced Edition.
