HP webOS Tablet Specs Leaked

While HP and Palm’s webOS tablet was all but confirmed with the recent slew of leaked pictures and plans, the specs had been quite a mystery till now. Fortunately, Precentral has managed to dig up some documents that should clear things up.

According to the memo, the “Topaz” will include a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Processor, an Adreno 220 GPU, 512MB of DDR2 memory, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, a front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera and dual-band 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi. These specs should go along with 3 different storage options (16GB / 32GB / 64GB), and a 9” (1024x768) screen protected by Gorilla Glass.

Unfortunately there is no official confirmation from HP themselves, but it might be as early as February 9^th. The company has scheduled an “Exciting WebOS announcement” then; and all the necessary info should be revealed.
