According to Mark Zuckerberg, there are no less than 2 billion people connecting to Facebook each month, while more than 800 million like something on Facebook each day. At last, more than 1 billion use Groups every month.
Facebook continues its growth, reaching a new impressive milestone. Earlier this week, Mark Zuckerberg announced that "there are now 2 billion people connecting and building communities on Facebook every month."
In addition to the above, Facebook also revealed that over 175 million people share a Love reaction each day, while more than 800 million use the "Like" button during an average day. Groups are also very popular, with over one billion users every month.
To celebrate this milestone, Facebook launched the Good Adds Up campaign. This campaign consists of a "personalized" video and a few minor touches that can be noticed here and there. For example, after reacting to a post with Love, creating a group, or wishing someone a happy birthday, the user receives a message in the personal News Feeds with Facebook's thanks.
Those interested in the campaign mentioned above should visit this page for inspirational stories and more.
Codrut Nistor - Senior Tech Writer - 6321 articles published on Notebookcheck since 2013
In my early school days, I hated writing and having to make up stories. A decade later, I started to enjoy it. Since then, I published a few offline articles and then I moved to the online space, where I contributed to major websites that are still present online as of 2021 such as Softpedia, Brothersoft, Download3000, but I also wrote for multiple blogs that have disappeared over the years. I've been riding with the Notebookcheck crew since 2013 and I am not planning to leave it anytime soon. In love with good mechanical keyboards, vinyl and tape sound, but also smartphones, streaming services, and digital art.
