Dell could be planning a new tablet with slide-out keypad
Dell has two tablets already in the market – the 5” Streak 5 and 7” Streak 7. Both these touch-only devices got mixed reviews. Now rumors are out that the American electronics giant could be planning a 7” tablet with slide-out keyboard – reports Engadget.
Engadget publishes a photo and it seems the slide-out keyboard has sets of keys on both sides for the right and left fingers to type easily. There is a space key in between both the sets. One unique feature is that you cannot tilt the screen to use it like a laptop. The keyboard just slides out and you’ll have both the screen and the keys facing up.
Although later it turned out to be just a concept, it could have been a shift from the usual Streak form factors.
