Model: The Dell Latitude E7470 is a powerful and durable laptop designed for business use. Thus, its specifications are customizable and users may opt for a touchscreen display. In addition, users can select a stunning 14” WQHD display, which is durable as it uses Corning Gorilla Glass NBT. Secured with two hinges, the screen is capable of lying completely flat. Its solidness is unquestionable as it is built on a magnesium alloy chassis. In addition, the device is lightweight with 1.52 kg. Performance-wise, it is powered by Intel's sixth generation family, either with a Core i5-6300U or a Core i7-6600U, up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, and a Samsung 256 GB M2 2280 SATA3 SSD.
Standard connectivity is available on this machine with a Gigabit Ethernet port, HDMI, a DisplayPort, three USB 3.0 ports, an SD card reader, and a SIM slot. Dell also offers an attractive accessory called the Dell Power Companion, which can charge the laptop's 4-cell 55 Wh battery as well as two other devices simultaneously. Networking is supported by both WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. The backlit keyboard provides illumination for use under low-lit conditions and the touchpad is equally responsive. Furthermore, the keyboard is spill-proof. It comes pre-installed with the Windows 7 Pro with free upgrade to Windows 10 Pro.

There are hardly any tablets in this display size range anymore. For subnotebooks, on the other hand, it is the standard format.
The advantage of subnotebooks is that the entire laptop can be small and therefore easily portable. The smaller display also has the advantage of requiring less power, which further improves battery life and thus mobility. The disadvantage is that reading texts is more strenuous on the eyes. High resolutions are more likely to be found in standard laptops.
