Asus G56JR-CN141
The Asus G56JR comes with an Intel Core i7 4700HQ processor, which can be overclocked to an amazing 3.2 GHz. As a result, the Asus is one of the most powerful laptops in terms of raw processing power. In addition, the Asus G56JR features a state of the art graphics card as well. The Nvidia GeForce GTX 760M offers high quality performance. Gamers will be pleased with this graphic card due to its ability to play games with high graphical requirements at its highest settings.
The 15.6" screen has a resolution of 1920 by 1080. Coupled with its advanced graphics card, it is probably the best laptop in terms of graphical display at its release time. However, the main drawback of the Asus G56JR, aside from its price, is the weight. Weighing 2.7 kilograms, the laptop is still lighter than most conventional laptops, but is way too heavy to be compared with tablets or phablets, which is the hype today.
All in all, the Asus G56JR-CN141 is a very powerful laptop. With its enormous processing power and graphics card it is ideal for gamers, but weight and bulkiness of the laptop may deter others from buying it.

Intel Core i7: The Intel Core i7 for laptops is based on the LG1156 Core i5/i7 CPU for desktops. The base clock speed of the CPUs is relatively low, but because of a huge Turbo mode, the cores can dynamically overclock to up to 3.2 GHz (920XM). Therefore, the CPU can be as fast as high clocked dual-core CPUs (using single threaded applications) but still offer the advantage of 4 cores. Because of the large TDP of 45 W / 55 W, the CPU is only intended for large laptops.
4700HQ: Haswell-based quad-core processor clocked at 2.4 GHz with Turbo Boost support up to 3.4 GHz. Offers an integrated HD Graphics 4600 GPU and a dual channel DDR3 memory controller.
