Apple has just announced a new product event to take place on October 13, 2020. This launch is more than likely to finally reveal the iPhone 12 series. Other long-held projections concerning rumored accessories such as the AirPods Studio, AirTags and AirPower may also be confirmed during the show.

Hi, Speed. This is the tagline for Apple's freshly-posted new Special Event teaser. It may be the strongest hint yet that the OEM will unveil 2020's series of iPhones at this event. It may refer to their new A14 Bionic processor, and also perhaps to the possibility that they are to be 5G.

Copious leaks on this subject indicate that there are to be 4 variants in this new line, currently slated to be called the iPhone 12 Mini; iPhone 12; iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max on launch. Incidentally, the new event's promotional material is styled to look like a high-end Venn diagram with corresponding sets in descending sizes.

Apart from the new mobile devices, the upcoming Special Event may also confirm a number of rumored ecosystem components. They range from the AirPower charging mat through new HomePods to new "Studio" AirPods. The show is set to broadcast from Apple Park on October 13, 2020 from 10:00 PDT (19:00 CET).
