Apple admits that Samsung can actually take away its iPad customers

Recently in an Australian court Apple has reportedly admitted that the Samsung tabs running with Android platform are so good that the can seriously affect the sales of Apples iPad Tablets – as pointed out by Cellular News.

Though Samsung Galaxy tabs are currently facing a temporary injunction against the sale of this device as a result of a pending patent and design lawsuit. As Apple claims the looks of the Samsung Galaxy tab to be similar to one of their models they are involved in the war for the last few weeks causing a hindrance in the sale of the tab in many places around the world.

The sales data showing the effect of Galaxy tab 10.1 sales over iPad in other countries was requested by Samsung but Apple refused. Apple even stated that they are more concerned about the impact Samsung’s tablet than any other tablet in the market with an Android Platform.

For the above context Samsung responded as the consumers will be comparing Android against Android rather than tablets. Supporting this statement they also added that few customers will just go after a tablet and as Apple has a long list of fans they will never consider anything except Apple.

With all these debates continuing Apple and Samsung wait for the full hearing in November.
