An 8inch Tablet that runs Android 5.1.1 not quite the latest version but still recent. My test unit came direct fromAlcatel in the UK but was a model sold by O2 in the UK, unlike a lot of Tablets it has a micro SIM slot so can be used online while out and about.

Alcatel:
Alcatel is a French telecommunications company originally founded in 1898. Alcatel is headquartered in Paris, France, and operates worldwide.
The telecommunications equipment manufacturer merged in 2006 to form Alcatel-Lucent. The brand names "Alcatel One Touch" and "Alcatel Idol" are used by the Chinese company TCL for smartphones and tablets.
80%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
