CES 2012 | Acer Iconia Tab A700 with 1080p display hands-on video

Teaser
We're here in Las Vegas at CES 2012 and we got the chance to put the Acer Iconia A700 tablet under the video lens. The device features a full-HD 1080p display, a quad-core Tegra 3 SoC and we take a look at the user interface and some other details in the video below.

In our previous report about Acer's CES Press Event, we detailed the new Iconia Tab A700 tablet and grabbed a few hands-on photos. However, we've now spent a little but more time with the device, and managed to get the quad-core Tegra 3 tablet on video camera.

In addition to the tablet's Ice Cream Sandwich interface and high image resolution, we also got a look at Acer's "Ring" which allows for quick program selection. And while 1080p tablets are still in their infancy, the high-res panel speaks volumes and full-HD displays are sure to be a hit this year!

Check out our full hands-on video below, and for more images take a look at our photo gallery of the device.
