The C738T Chromebook will also sport an Intel quad-core Celeron processor.

Acer has yet to announce the C738T, but images and specifications of the Chromebook have already leaked online. The C738T is expected to sport an IPS panel.

The design of the Acer Chromebook looks to be all black with an 11.6-inch touchscreen display, 1366 x 768 native resolution, 4 GB RAM, and 16 GB internal memory. It will also be one of the first notebooks to ship with the new quad-core Celeron N3150 CPU. This should allow for better performance at a lower energy consumption. The manufacturer promises a battery life of up to 9.5 hours.

Unique to the C738T is its 360-degree hinges, which will allow the Chromebook to be used as a tablet.

So far, no official announcements have come from Acer on the availability or price of the inevitable Chromebook.
