With a 14-inch screen, the Acer Aspire TimelineX 4820T seems like a good compromise between an ultra-portable and a desktop-replacement laptop. The 14-inch Acer Aspire TimelineX 4820T offers good build quality, decent performance and impressive battery life. That makes it a good bet for those seeking a laptop they can take on their travels.

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) HD Graphics: Onboard graphics card that is built in the new Arrandale CPUs (Core i3 / i5 / i7 Dual Cores). Depending on the model and Turbo Boost, the GMA HD is clocked between 166 and 766 MHz.

Only some 3D games with very low demands are playable with these cards.

380M: The Core i3-380M is a fast clocked Core i3. The TurboBoost, AES, VTd, and Trusted Execution functions are deactivated in the i3-series. Therefore, it always clocks with max. 2.53 GHz (of course Speedstep is included). Thanks to Hyperthreading, 4 threads can be processed simultaneously.
