The AMD Athlon II Neo K145 processor is an entry level single core CPU for small laptops. It has an integrated DDR3-1066 memory controller and supports HyperTransport 3.0 with 2000 MHz.

The performance is similar to a 1.8 GHz Pentium M / Core Solo and therefore faster than 1.6 Ghz clocked Atom CPUs in Intel based netbooks.
