A Samsung Series 4 laptop now ships in the UK for $885
One of the latest laptops aimed at business people on-the-go and manufactured by the Korean conglomerate Samsung has been made available for order in the United Kingdom. Notebookcheck reported back in March of this year on the official unveiling of Samsung’s new Series 2, 4 and 6. Nevertheless, the pricing and availability of these products were unknown then.
The new Series 4 system is now listed on UK’s website of the vendor with a starting price of $885 (£538/€615). The NP-400B2B-A01UK is equipped with a non-glare 12.5-inch 720p widescreen display with a resolution of 1366-by-768 pixels. Customers can also take advantage of Intel’s Sandy Bridge Core i3-2310M central processing unit that has a clock frequency of 2.10GHz and 35 Watt max. TDP. In terms of graphics, this new laptop ships with an Intel HD controller (more info on the graphics card can be found here). In addition, the notebook comes with up to 8GB of internal DDR3 RAM and a spacious 320GB rotating hard drive.
Further features include Windows 7 Professional (64bit) OS, Docking connectors, USB 3.0 and HDMI connectivity as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adaptors. An integrated 1.3MP webcam is also available for business video conferencing.
